Today's hero of the RingoTalks column has firmly established himself as the most bearded web analyst. And we are sure that just from this definition, everyone involved in Internet marketing understands who we are talking about. Andrey Osipov is a Google trainer, founder & CEO of the Andrey Osipov School of Web Analytics. Speaker at specialized conferences, including the summer conference on Internet marketing 8P. It was there that we managed to communicate with Andrey and ask him our tricky (and not so tricky) questions.

How did it happen that you became an analyst? — The story is quite simple. I had a digital agency , quite standard. We did SEO, context and everything else. And we moved quite well and pleasantly until we encountered a client where we didn’t succeed. As a manager and owner of an agency, I tried to do something about it. And I realized that without understanding how users behave, I would not be able to boost the project. Therefore, I began to develop and take on the most difficult cases. If something is simple, then it is not very interesting. But if the problem is complex, then something lights up right inside, and it is thanks to this that I understand that I am immersed and begin to learn some things.
